Marketore

Licensing

Every product on Marketore is sold under one of three licenses — Personal, Commercial, or Extended Commercial. Each product page shows the price for every tier. This page explains what each one covers so you can pick the right fit.

Last updated: July 2026

Personal License

For personal, non-commercial projects by a single user: your own website or portfolio, school work, personal art prints, gifts you don't sell.

The end product must not be sold, used to promote a business, or produced on behalf of a client.

Not included: any commercial or client use — choose Commercial for that.

Commercial License

For commercial use in a single end product, either by you or on behalf of one paying client. Covers up to 10,000 copies if distributed (e.g. a template sold or given to end users).

Examples: a website or app for a client, a self-published book, a YouTube video, merchandise for sale.

Not included: sub-licensing, reselling the asset on its own, or using it in a product where the asset is the main value offered (e.g. stock asset sites).

Extended Commercial License

Everything in Commercial, plus use in an unlimited number of end products — including products where the asset is a key functional or visual component of something you sell.

Examples: a SaaS product whose UI is built on a purchased UI kit; templates sold inside a larger template bundle; broadcast media and physical goods beyond 10,000 copies.

What you always get

Worldwide, royalty-free use for the lifetime of the end product.

No attribution is required, though it is always appreciated by the creator.

Access to the latest version of the product — free updates are included.

What's never allowed

Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the source files.

Use in hate speech, deceptive practices, or content that infringes a third party's rights.

Training generative AI or machine-learning models on the files.
