Where are my downloads?
Everything you've purchased lives in your account under Downloads — you can re-download your files anytime, even if the seller later unpublishes the product. Go to your downloads
Which license do I need?
Personal covers non-commercial projects; Commercial covers one commercial end product (including client work); Extended Commercial covers unlimited end products including items for resale. Each product page shows the price for every tier. Read the licensing guide
What is your refund policy?
Sales are final once a download has been initiated — but if a product is broken, misrepresented or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the seller on a refund or replacement. See the full terms
Can I talk to the seller before buying?
Yes — every product page has a Message button on the seller card. You'll need a free account so the reply can reach you.
I'm a designer — can I sell here?
Absolutely. Open a shop, upload your work, and keep up to 80% of every sale. Use the "Open a shop" link in the header to get started (it reads "Shop manager" once you have one).
