Terms of Service
By accessing or using Marketore you agree to these terms. They cover your rights as a buyer and seller on the platform, and the rules that keep the marketplace fair for everyone.
1. Using the marketplace
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account, including keeping your password confidential.
You may not use Marketore to distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, resell purchased assets as-is, or circumvent our review, moderation or payment systems.
2. Purchases and downloads
All sales are final once a download has been initiated. If a product is misrepresented, broken or not as described, contact support within 14 days and we will work with the seller on a refund or replacement.
Downloaded files remain accessible from your Downloads page for the lifetime of your account. We recommend keeping a local backup of anything you depend on.
3. Selling on Marketore
Sellers retain full ownership of their work and grant Marketore a non-exclusive license to host, distribute and promote listed products. You may remove products at any time; existing buyers retain download access.
Sellers are paid twice monthly via the payout method on file. Marketore retains a platform fee disclosed on your shop dashboard.
4. Prohibited content
Submissions that are unlawful, plagiarised, deceptive, discriminatory, or sexually exploitative will be removed and the author's account suspended. Repeated violations may result in forfeiture of pending payouts.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Marketore after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
